This book is devoted to the study of the responsibility of the parties for violation of the joint -stock agreement. The work reflects the historical features of the origin and formation of the institution of joint -stock agreements, the form and content of the joint -stock agreement as an instrument of regulating corporate relations are considered, methods are presented to ensure the fulfillment of obligations arising from the joint -stock agreement, and the essence of the category of responsibility of the parties and the grounds for the occurrence of such responsibility is disclosed. Considerable attention is paid to the substantiation of the effectiveness of the application of certain measures of civil liability in case of violation of the terms of the joint-stock agreement, as well as the consideration of the procedural characteristics of the application to the party that violated the terms of the joint-stock agreement, the measures of civil liability.
