Japan"s law on the trial in administrative cases

The adoption on March 8, 2015 of the Code of Administrative Procedure of the Russian Federation was the impetus for the development of research activities in the field of administrative justice. Modern legal studies cannot be carried out without relying on objective information reflecting foreign legal experience in the relevant field. Sources of law of foreign states are in this case paramount importance. Taking into account the said, the Japan’s law on the trial on administrative cases, which has been an analogue of the Code of Administrative proceedings of the Russian Federation, is of great interest from a comparative legal point of view for 55 years.
