With the adoption of the Federal Law “On Investment Partnership” in 2011, Russian law received a new form of collective investment. Since then, the analogue of the English Limited Partnership has received decent application in practice, however, a detailed legal and practical study of investment partnerships has not been carried out. Many approaches to the responsibility of comrades-layers, resolution of default situations in the fund, and the subject composition of the fund participants have not yet been worked out. The regulation of tax aspects in relation to the investment partnership, crushing income and expenses for four baskets remains criticizing. The authors of the book are trying to show all these in details on visual practical examples with specific calculations, formulas, schemes, so that the reader can clearly understand and see which pitfalls can occur during the structure of the fund on a contractual basis. This work is intended for persons working with foreign analogues of funds practicing lawyers, but who did not have time to encounter an investment partnership, employees of investment units of corporations planning to create or join investment partnerships or funds, students, applicants of legal and economic faculties
