Investigation of intentional crimes against life, sexual freedom and inviolability of minors.
In the monograph, an attempt was made to study the connections between the age qualities of minor victims and the conditions of the situation, as well as the methods of committing attacks on them. Given the information about such relationships, the features of the general methodology of investigating various crimes in relation to minors are described. The provisions of the general methodology are used as the basis for the development of methods for investigating certain types of crimes against sexual freedom, immunity, as well as against the life of a minor. When developing practical recommendations for the investigation, the features of the forensic characteristics of the listed types of crimes committed in relation to minors were also taken into account.
