Investigation of environmental crimes. Guide for the investigator and interrogator

The management is devoted to the legal and methodological support of the implementation of the criminal and criminal procedure legislation of the Russian Federation in the investigation of certain types of environmental crimes.
The criminal law, procedural and forensic aspects of the preliminary investigation of crimes based on the investigative and judicial practice of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation are considered.
The conclusions and recommendations set forth in the leadership are aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the preliminary investigation and inquiry bodies.
