The manual is devoted to the legal and methodological support of the implementation of the criminal and criminal procedure legislation of the Russian Federation in the investigation of crimes by investigators and interrogators of the internal affairs bodies.
Criminal legal, procedural and forensic, as well as psychological aspects of a preliminary investigation of crimes based on the investigative and judicial practice of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation are considered.
