The textbook was prepared by the team of teachers of the department of practical jurisprudence of the Moscow State Law University named after O.E. Kutafina (MGUA), as well as practitioners of other departments and practicing lawyers of various specializations, including recent students of the MGUA.
The textbook was prepared in accordance with the program of the academic discipline "Introduction to the legal profession", which, as a rule, is taught in the first year. However, the material of the manual can be used in preparation for other practice-oriented classes, since it contains extensive information about basic legal professions and modern specializations.
