This publication continues the cycle of work devoted to civil regulation of real estate trafficking, begun by the essay on the concept of a land plot and buildings on it. The work studies the content of the principle of the unity of the fate of rights to the land and the buildings erected on it. The implementation of this principle is analyzed in the conclusion of contracts regarding real estate, in the preparation of wills, with the initial occurrence of rights to build and terminate the rights to land plots.
