The presented textbook discusses the main industries that make up the system of Russian law. The textbook consists of 18 chapters, which disclose the specifics of legal relations related to the subject of constitutional law, municipal law, administrative law, financial law, intellectual property rights, entrepreneurial law, etc. Civil and labor law are described in detail, attention is paid to other branches rights. When presenting the material in order to illustrate legislative provisions in the textbook, judicial practice and doctrinal positions of scientists were widely used.
