A real monograph is a conceptual view of criminal procedure science. The attributes of the science of the criminal process received a single idea through the prism of criminal procedure activities for the application of the norms of the criminal procedure law to resolve the criminal law dispute. The author, based on the idea of reflection of the organization of activity, presented the methodology of criminal procedure science, as well as the program of criminal procedural research on the mechanism of proof in the criminal case. The book defines the place of modern science of the criminal process in the system of criminal law sciences and conducted a comprehensive analysis of the methods of criminal procedure science.
