The training manual presents a modern methodology for the analysis of sociological data in the legal sphere, the foundations of interpretative technologies, methods for studying the law enforcement process, the possibility of predicting the effective application of laws, information support of social management through the assessment of the institutionalization of norms are revealed. The stages of managerial activity, social technologies for ensuring and supporting management decisions are dismantled. The manual consists of four parts. The first part considers the theoretical aspect of the logic of data interpretation that forms a holistic idea of the analysis of sociological information among students. The second part reveals the methodology of conducting a comprehensive sociological study of law enforcement, the main stages of data interpretation, possible errors, methods of verification of sociological information are determined. The third part describes the algorithm for the sociological forecasting of the implementation of legal norms in a specific social environment, formulate forecasting methods, and a practical task is proposed for the testing of methods for forecasting students on the example of real federal laws. The fourth part presents a workshop for consolidating theoretical material, which makes it possible to analyze sociological information about law enforcement in modern Russia.
