International private law. Textbook

The textbook prepared in accordance with the State Educational Standard considers the main issues of modern international private law: the legal status of foreign citizens in the territory of the Russian Federation, as well as citizens and organizations abroad, participants in foreign economic activity, etc. The textbook consists of two parts. The general part reveals theoretical aspects - concept, object, method and sources. A special part is devoted to the analysis of sub -sectors and specialized institutions of international private law.
