The textbook sets out all the basic issues of modern international private law, a review of legislation, international treaties in this area and, above all, contracts of international sale of goods, are considered the legal status of foreign citizens and foreign legal entities in Russia, Russian citizens and organizations abroad, and Also, the issues of property rights, obligation, obligations arising in international relations due to harm, intellectual property rights, family and inheritance law, labor law, the procedure for resolving disputes in court and in international commercial arbitration.
