The textbook reveals topical issues of international legal regulation of intellectual property. The textbook contains an analysis of the general provisions of intellectual property rights, international conventions and agreements devoted to objects of copyright and related law, patent law, means of individualization and non -traditional objects of industrial property rights. Issues of international regulation are described in detail and some issues of national legislation are highlighted.
