The textbook is compiled in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education in the field of training 40.03.01 "Jurisprudence" (bachelor"s level) These standards were approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia dated December 1, 2016 No. 1511. In it, from the standpoint of the current state of science of international law, the concept, principles, main industries and institutions are revealed, as well as the practice of applying the norms and principles of international law.
The book contains original quotes from literature in Russian and foreign languages, as well as from the practice of universal international organizations and international courts.
Each chapter is accompanied by schemes, incidents and educational literature.
