This textbook is devoted to the foundations of various aspects of the international legal protection of intellectual property, as well as the regulation of cross-border relations in the field of intellectual property. The author examines the main objects of international legal protection of intellectual property, terminological problems, certain pressing issues of intellectual property protection in cross-border relations: conflict-legal regulation of intellectual property relations, transaction transfer of rights to intellectual property, blockchain-technology as a way of protecting intellectual property in cross-border relationships, NFT-Tockenes, the protection of intellectual property, created using artificial intelligence systems, etc. The textbook includes a separate study of the foundations and features of international legal protection of objects of copyright, related rights and objects of industrial property. The book also investigates national legal approaches to regulating cross-border relations in the field of intellectual property.
The textbook is designed for students studying on the training programs of lawyers, in particular for master"s programs implemented by the Department of International Private Law of the Moscow State Law University named after O. E. Kutafina (MGUA) It complies with the methodological requirements provided for in the working programs of academic disciplines, devoted to copyright in international private law and international legal protection of industrial property, and the international law of intellectual property. The chapters of the book contain the definitions of basic concepts, at the end of paragraphs for independent training of students for classes, control issues and practical tasks are formulated.
