The monograph considers the nature of the interaction and mutual influence of international financial law and the law of the European Union. The subject and system of international financial law and financial law of the EU are indicated. The typology of interaction is proposed, the specifics of the implementation of international financial law in various sub -sectors and institutions of the EU financial law, as well as the mechanism of the reverse influence of the EU bodies on the International Financial Law Law. The author claims that the interaction of international financial law and EU Law takes place both according to a model of interaction between general and special regime in international law, and according to the model of implementation of international law in the national legal system.
