The textbook proposed to readers is aimed at covering the important direction of prosecutorial activities - international cooperation of the prosecution authorities in the field of criminal proceedings. In it, on the basis of an analysis of the current legislation of the Russian Federation, scientific literature, prosecutor and judicial practice, issues of the theory and practice of the participation of the prosecution authorities in the international cooperation of the prosecution authorities in the field of criminal proceedings were investigated.
Particular attention is paid to the history of international cooperation of the prosecution authorities in the field of criminal proceedings, theoretical, legal and organizational foundations of this cooperation, the organization of the work of the prosecution authorities in this area, the problems arising in the process of carrying out this area of prosecutorial activity. Ways of their solutions are proposed.
