The monograph was prepared in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard, in accordance with which the international civil process is considered as the most important component of the basic (mandatory) academic discipline "International Private Law" for students studying in the direction of training "jurisprudence".
The monograph considers the evolution of approaches to the international civil process, classification of existing concepts is given, the main terms are revealed, the industry -forming features of the international civil process (subject, methods), the object of legal regulation, intersectoral and intra -industrial principles, institutional and regulatory composition are exposed. Source review, as well as a characteristic of the legal connection of the international civil process with related industries.
The main trends and prospects for the development of the international civil process are affected. A significant place is given to the analysis and comparison of foreign experience in codification of the norms of the international civil process.
