The monograph establishes features of the jurisdiction of the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes (Mtsuis) and determining the applicable law in resolving investment disputes under the auspices of Mtsetsis. The book contains extensive practical material and recommendations for resolving the identified legal problems, including on the appropriateness of the participation of the Russian Federation in the Washington Convention on the settlement of investment disputes between states and individuals or legal entities of other states of 1965.
