The textbook is executed in accordance with the curriculum on the special course "International Protection of Human Rights". It describes in detail the main problems of the content and functioning of the Institute for Protection of Human Rights from the perspective of international and national (domestic) law.
The textbook reflects the main domestic legislative acts, as well as international legal documents, declarations and other international standards in the field of protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms adopted both in the UN system and in regional international organizations at the beginning and at the beginning XXI century.
