This monograph was developed in honor of the 90th anniversary of the Moscow State Law University named after O. E. Kutafin (Moscow State University) by a team of teachers of the first legal modeling department in Russia, which is directly involved in the preparation of students for model legal processes, as well as students - winners of competitions.
The monograph contains recommendations and materials for preparing for game modeling processes in both Russian and English. The book analyzes the features of participation in modeling processes not only in full -time format, but also in online format.
The authors shared with future participants in the competitions with their knowledge, methods, technologies and experience.
The book includes applied schemes and drawings that will help participants develop a strategy and tactics of performance, competently compose a memorandum and prepare for oral performances.
In the conclusion of the monograph, the results are given that were achieved by students by the coaches of the Department of Legal Modeling during its functioning.
The legislation is given as of July 1, 2021
