The publication contains the rules of the internal routine of correctional institutions, approved by order of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation dated December 16, 2016 No. 295, with applications, including a list of things and items, food products, which convicts are prohibited to make, get with them, receive in parcels, transmissions, and parcel or purchase.
The document establishes the rules of internal regulations in correctional colonies, prisons, medical correctional institutions, as well as medical and preventive institutions and investigative insulators performing the functions of correctional institutions, and regulates the procedure for admitting convicts to correctional institutions, basic rights and obligations of convicts, schedule days, relations of convicts and administrations of institutions and other issues.
