The monograph is devoted to the improvement of legal technology. The first chapter discusses the models of legal equipment, the consolidation of its rules in modern Russian legislation and outlines the analysis of the rules of anti -corruption examination. The second chapter is devoted to various aspects of the interaction of the rules of legal technology. The rules of one type can use the experience of applying the rules of its other type, and the relationship of legal techniques for creating and interpreting legal documents can be used for their mutual improvement. Moreover, for the rules of legal technique, there is a need to establish the priority of their application.
The monograph can be used as a textbook by students of undergraduate, graduate, graduate school, teachers of legal universities and faculties in reading and studying the educational discipline "Theory of State and Law", special courses "Legal technique" and "Anti -corruption examination"
