The textbook reveals the features of the legal regulation of industrial property. The general provisions of patent law, subjects and objects of patent rights, the concept and content of patent rights are considered. Particular attention is paid to non-traditional objects of intellectual property: breeding achievements, secrets of production (know-how), topologies of integrated microcircuits, legal regulation of company names, trademarks, commercial designations and names of places of origin of goods, and issues of evaluating them are subject to consideration.
