Insurance Law. Textbook

The textbook is devoted to the theoretical and practical issues of insurance law, includes consideration of basic theoretical foundations of insurance, the features of its various types, with the exception of social insurance, as well as problematic aspects of the modern period insurance. The presented book takes into account current trends in the development of insurance legislation and law enforcement practice. The content of the textbook should be characterized as a practical-oriented one. Discussion issues of the current state of legal regulation of insurance relations in Russia are set out. This publication contains relevant material corresponding to the legislation as of May 2020, there are theoretical and practical conclusions, a glossary of insurance terms, a list of recommended literature and test tasks to test knowledge. Control issues are formulated to each chapter. The structure of the textbook corresponds to the program of the academic discipline “Workshop on Obroopharynouses” (level of undergraduate) The content of the book is adapted, including for use in the development of the research program of the seminar No. 1, undergraduates under the program “Master of Private Law”. In addition, the textbook can be used to study the “Insurance Law” course by students in undergraduate programs, specialty and magistrates of any areas of training, as well as be of interest to graduate students, teachers of higher legal and non -legal educational institutions, practicing lawyers and all who are interested in the problems of modern insurance law
