The monograph is concentrated on social mechanisms for the development of a replacing family in the region. The target groups of the study were foster parents and members of replacing families, including adoptive children, the pedagogical community, psychologists, heads and specialists of guardianship and trusteeship bodies, teachers, representatives of non -profit organizations.
The monograph is intended for scientists studying the issues of institutional development in modern society, experts and specialists working in the field of development of a substitute family, as well as for a wide range of pedagogical and parental public, public organizations.
The results of studies reflected in the monograph were discussed at the methodological seminar of the Republican meeting of employees of education and science of the Republic of Tatarstan (October 2017)
