Institute of the Punishment System of a Special Part of Russian Criminal Law. Monograph

The monograph investigates the problems of the system of punishment in the structure of Russian criminal legislation, including depending on the socio-economic and political and legal relations that develop in Russia. Particular attention is paid to the system of punishment in the history of Russian criminal legislation and in the criminal legislation of foreign countries. The structure of the system of punishment of the special part of Russian criminal legislation is considered and the gaps contained in it are revealed. Proposals are expressed to improve the system of punishment as a whole and certain types of punishments in particular.
The legislation is given as of November 2020.
