Institute of Social benefits and compensations in the Russian Federation. Genesis of legal regulation

The publication is devoted to topical issues of the legal regulation of the Institute of Social benefits and compensation payments appointed to citizens of the Russian Federation upon occurrence of cases certain in the legislation: diseases or injuries, pregnancy and childbirth, raising children, loss of work, etc.
