The textbook on hereditary law presents a detailed study of the history of the development of hereditary law in ancient times, in pre -revolutionary Russia, as well as in the Soviet period. The main issues of modern Russian inheritance law are considered: its concept, system, subjective composition, issues related to the opening of the inheritance and a calling for inheritance, with the execution of inheritance rights, etc. Significant attention is paid to the characteristics of inheritance under the law and inheritance on the will, inheritance of certain types of property, as well as the legal consequences of the acceptance of the inheritance. The book contains theoretical material necessary for the study of inheritance law, judicial practice, examples illustrating certain provisions of inheritance law, as well as control issues for each chapter.
The content and structure of the textbook meet the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Professional Education.
