In the work, a judicial practice in inheritance cases was investigated: on invalid wills, certificates of the right to inheritance, the recognition of the ownership of the inheritance, the establishment of the fact of acceptance of the inheritance, and the restoration of the term for the acceptance of the inheritance and others. Some of these cases are considered in the manner of claim, others are considered in the order of special legal proceedings. Cases involving a foreign element are also presented. On the identified disputed issues of the application of civil, family, housing and administrative legislation, scientific and practical recommendations have been given with the aim of the uniformity of law enforcement and the elimination of ambiguities.
