The work presented to readers is the first domestic monographic study on information duties arising from the principle of conscientiousness. This is the first step on the way of researching this complex and at the same time interesting topic, which traditionally pays great attention to Western civilistic research. Information interaction is a necessary element of any social contact. Civil relations are no exception. The natural antagonism of interests and the natural egoism of the participants in the civil circulation leave a bright imprint on the nature of their behavior at the pre -contractual, contractual and post -contractual stages of interaction. The need to take into account a large number of factors, which, along with the rule of law, are only incentives for participants in circulation, affecting their choice of optimal behavior, is clearly shown. The competition of these factors in the influence of the behavior of a particular participant in turnover highlights the problem of reassessing the effectiveness of law in the form of information duties as the only possible regulator of human behavior. The view of the principle of conscientiousness and its actual role in the case of judicial law -making is still not very popular in the domestic doctrine. The method of economic analysis of law is actively used.
At the same time, the author of the work believes that, only discussing and questioning the allegedly unshakable "truths" a hundred years ago, you can really move forward in scientific research.
The result of the presented work is the creation of model rules for disclosing information that can be taken as a basis with their subsequent adaptation to one or another special relationship, taking into account their features.
