The monograph is devoted to the study of the unscrupulous behavior of participants in civil circulation when acquiring, terminating or changing property rights.
In the first chapter, general questions about such concepts as "property right", "conscientiousness", "rationality", "abuse of law", "dishonesty" were studied. In the second, the unfair behavior of citizens was investigated in the implementation of their limited property rights, property rights.
The third chapter discloses the problems of overcoming unfair behavior in relation to intellectual rights, which are of a property nature.
The legislation is given as of July 1, 2022
To show how unfair behavior in reality is manifested, materials of judicial practice in the Far Eastern District are used, but the monograph has practical significance for lawyers all of Russia and persons who do not have deep legal knowledge
