The monograph reflects the results of scientific research on certain issues of the Muslim system of law. The main sources of the Muslim system of law are examined in detail - the Holy Quran and the Sunna of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and their role in regulating issues of freedom of speech, private legal relations, responsibility. In addition, a study of the ratio of Fikh and Sharia was conducted in the system of Muslim law, as well as a comparative legal analysis of Muslim law with other modern systems of law.
A separate part of the work is devoted to the study of the phenomenon of cryptocurrency from the economic, legal and religious points of view. The book is equipped with a glossary of the main terms.
