The monograph discusses theoretical and practical problems of the ratio of justice, law, market economy and entrepreneurial activity in philosophical, economic, legal and legal angle. The origin and content of the concept of “justice”, numerous theories of justice are investigated. “Genetic”, “normative” and “functional” requirements of the legal principle of social justice are revealed.
