This collection includes articles by young researchers devoted to human rights issues in Russia and abroad, and is published by the French University College of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov according to the results of the competition of student works dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of the co-founder of the college of the Nobel Prize of the World Academician A.D. Sakharov, the 70th anniversary of the adoption of the Convention on the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms and the 30th anniversary of the college institution. The compilers of the collection hope that the output of such a book will give an important impetus to the Franco-Russian dialogue in the field of human rights protection.
