The monograph is devoted to the theoretical and applied nature of the urgent problems of joint application in armed conflicts of the norms of international humanitarian law and international human rights law. Particular attention is paid to the contradictions that arise between the norms of international humanitarian law and international human rights in the field are sewn up to the law and freedom of personality. The conclusions made by the author are based on the analysis of the current norms of international law, the practice of their application by international organizations and individual states, decisions of the United Nations International Court, the UN Human Rights Committee, the European Court of Human Rights, the Mazherian Commission and the Human Rights Court, the African Human Rights Commission and peoples, international and mixed criminal courts, as well as the works of Russian and foreign scientists
