The monograph is a study of the ratio of human rights and international commercial arbitration.
From the standpoint of various doctrinal representations, the question of the possibility of mutual influence of human rights and international commercial arbitration is considered. After that, on the basis of the doctrine, legislation and judicial practice, the importance of human rights in the conclusion of the arbitration agreement is considered, during the arbitration proceedings and within the framework of recognition and execution of the arbitration decision.
