The monograph considers a wide range of problems associated with the legal forms of human activity (self -regulation) and external forms of its regulation (public organization) The starting point of the study is the general theory of human activity, which determines the place and role of a person in social processes, including his role in the formation and exercise of law, and the influence on this process of external factors, including legislative, administrative and judicial activity.
Given the conclusions about the nature of human activity, its place in society analyzes the features of the legal forms of various types of human activity: the activities of private individuals based on their own interest, the activities of public authorities based on the function of the public authority, and the activities of the public government, and the activities for the protection of human rights and freedoms, which can be based on both private and public principles
