In this work, an analysis of the norms of the current, mainly housing and civilian, legislation regulating housing relations was described, a brief history of the development of the most important institutions of housing law was described, and judicial practice has been considered. The systematic changes introduced into the housing and civil codes led to an urgent need not only to characterize housing law institutions, but also to conduct a comparative analysis of the editorial offices of current and previous legislative acts, which was made by the author of the book. This publication takes into account the latest changes in legislation as of January 1, 2017. The book is intended for students of law universities, lawyers, judges, heads of organizations, as well as for all those interested in their housing rights and obligations
