Legal regulation depends on the type of housing stock. The latter include: social use (under social employment contracts), specialized (for living certain categories of citizens), individual (for living citizens), commercial use (for residence of citizens on the terms of reimbursable use).
Guarantees are provided for members of the family of the owner of the dwelling (spouse, children, parents) They have the right to use this premises along with the owner. If family relationships are terminated, the right to use for a former family member is not preserved. However, if he does not have other housing or is not able to acquire it, by decision of the court, this right is retained for a certain period. At the same time, the court has the right to oblige the owner of the dwelling to provide other housing for his ex -spouse and other family members in favor of which he pays child support at their request. Before the expiration of the deadline established by the court, the right to use is terminated simultaneously with the termination of ownership.
