A scientific and theoretical analysis of the history of combating corruption in the public service in Russia, as well as in some foreign countries in the 20th century, was carried out in the monograph. The international, domestic and foreign regulatory acts on combating corruption have been investigated. The authors formulated conclusions and proposals regarding the improvement of the legal and organizational foundations of anti -corruption.
