History and Modern Legal Regulation

The monograph offered to the reader is devoted to a comprehensive study of the legal regulation of a loan agreement. Particular attention is paid to the historical aspect - the history of the legal regulation of a loan agreement both in Russia and abroad. The legal regulation of a loan agreement was carried out under the code of laws of the Russian Empire, the draft civilian Code of the Russian Empire, the Civil Code of the RSFSR of 1922 with applicable norms. The rights of the parties to the loan agreement are comprehensively investigated. Separately disclosed issues related to the civil law protection of the parties to the loan agreement. At the same time, practical recommendations are analyzed aimed at improving law -making and law enforcement.
