The monograph is devoted to the history of the formation of the Constitutional Institute of the Head of State in Spain (XIX-XX centuries) Despite the breaks and returning to past experience, Spain clearly visible the trunk line of progressive development, reflected in the accepted constituent acts, which were distinguished by continuity in content and formal legal characteristics.
