This textbook is devoted to the grounds for dismissal of prosecutors and employees of the Investigative Committee. Attention was focused on the special grounds for the termination of the Service at the Federal Law “On the Prosecutor"s Office of the Russian Federation” and the Federal Law “On the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation”, the features of their similarities and differences are indicated, and the judicial practice is analyzed.
