Fundamentals of the social state

The discipline “Fundamentals of the Social State” is included in the federal state educational standards of higher education in accordance with the General Agreement between the All -Russian Associations of Trade Unions, the All -Russian Associations of Employers and the Government of the Russian Federation.
The textbook reveals the domestic and foreign experience in the formation and development of the social state. He introduces readers to the essence and principles of the legal social state, the features of the functioning of the social market economy and social partnership, issues of social justice, solidarity and responsibility.
