The textbook consists of 20 chapters. In it, from the standpoint of the current state of science of international law, the concept, principles, main industries and institutions, the practice of applying the norms and principles of international law are revealed.
The book contains original quotes from special literature in Russian and foreign languages, as well as from the practice of the UN and other universal international organizations and international courts.
Each chapter is accompanied by schemes and a list of literature.
