The monograph considers the specifics of the ancient Greek experience of attitude to the world, the possibility of its application to solve constitutional legal problems in the era of consumer society. The analysis of various ideological and philosophical approaches to the essence of human needs, as well as the related transformation of law-making and law enforcement, is carried out. The main attention is paid to ancient holism, anti -Gedonism, the doctrines of Plato and Aristotle about true and imaginary pleasures, theories of ancient Greek thinkers about the formation of balanced constitutional institutions. The conclusion is drawn about the relevance of the holistic concept of worldview that arose in the antiquity. According to the results of the work, algorithms for modeling the constitution of proportional development, focused on social and environmental well -being, are proposed.
