The monograph summarizes the wide range of theoretical and practical issues arising from the conclusion and execution of commercial concession agreements. The author explores key concepts, establishes their relationship between themselves, analyzes the foreign experience of regulating franchising relationships. The issues of the subject and objects of the contract of commercial concession are considered in detail, the problems that arise in the performance of duties, the application of liability measures and compliance with restrictive conditions are identified and solved.
