Forms of use of special knowledge in the legislation of the EAEU member countries

The work investigates the legal institution of the use of special knowledge, which is applied in many types of jurisdictional activity - in criminal, civil, arbitration, administrative proceedings and proceedings on administrative offenses, as well as in the implementation of tax and customs control, enforcement proceedings and in the process of ensuring evidence by a notary. The author analyzes the legislation of the member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), which regulates these activities and containing legal provisions regarding certain forms of the Institute for the use of special knowledge.
Considering the forms of using special knowledge, the author raises the current problems of the legislative, organizational, methodological nature related to the implementation of the studied legal institution.
